All Things Must Come to an End - STEP 4: SECONDARY LIGHTING
Adding another light source to the picture. I made a new Normal layer and simply painted the oranges on. I'm not sure what is emitting this reddish orange light, but who cares, orange and blue look good together. :)
For brush setting: it's a regular paintbrush in Photoshop, squeezed to an oval at 52% roundness. Hardness 100%, Spacing 1%, Size Jitter 0% (control: pen pressure), Minimum Diameter 60%-ish; opacity jitter 10% (control: pen pressure).
